CONSTITUTION:A current detector 21 to detect the current of the inverter 2, and a charge control circuit to control timing of recharge of a commutating capacitor 19 in accordance with the load current and to regulate the charging voltage of the commutating capacitor corresponding to the load current are provided, and this control circuit is constituted of a function generator 23 to convert a current signal into the prescribed function, a memory unit 24 to store a trigger pulse signal generated in a voltage frequency converter 7, etc. The charging voltage of the commutating capacitor 19 is charged in accordance with the load current and the necessary and sufficient commutating impulse current corresponding to the load current is made to flow.
