Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the generation of a nitrogen oxide in exhaust gas by constituting an air passage for combustion to an outer circumference of a nose of a pilot burner and a return exhaust gas passage in the vicinity of the air passage in the burner device with a main burner and the pilot burner.
CONSTITUTION: The air passage 6 for the combustion of the pilot burner communicating with an air shaft 5 and a furnace 8 is formed to the outer circumference of the nose section of the pilot burner 15 by mounting cylindrical bodies to the nose section at the furnace 8 side of the pilot burner 15 at regular intervals in the burner device. A burner, one side thereof is opened to the furnace 8 and the other side thereof to a neck section 16a of a burner float 16, is set up to the outer circumference, and one part of air 17 for combustion is introduced to the passage 6 and related to the combustion of the pilot burner 15, and the other air 17 is divided into primary and secondary air by means of an air turning vane 11 and contributes to the ejection combustion of the furnace 8 and a nose of the main gas burner 14. Accordingly, the air is mixed excellently with exhaust gas from the return exhaust gas passage, a flame is stabilized, the air is not mixed into recirculating exhaust gas and the generation of the nitrogen oxide can be decreased extremely.
