Abstract
PURPOSE: To control production of NOx by providing the swirl vane in the mixed flow conveying pipe and the thick mixed gas passage and the thin mixed gas passage in the race with the thin mixed gas injection nozzles surrounding the thick mixed gas injection nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: The swirl vane 12 is provided in the mixed flow conveying pipe 11, and thin mixed gas passage 13 which opens into the center part of the race of the swirl vane 12 and the thick mixed gas passage 15 which opens in the pipe wall side are also provided, and the thin mixed gas injection nozzles 14 connected with the thin mixed gas passage 13 are arranged around the thick mixed gas injection nozzle 16 which is connected with the thick mixed gas passage 15. Also, for instance, combustion auxiliary air injection nozzles 17 are provided around the thin mixed gas injection nozzle. By so constituting, the mixed gas from the thin mixed gas injection nozzle 14 delays the contact of combustion auxiliary air with thick mixed gas from the thick mixed gas infection nozzle, and as the result, the percentage of excessive air can be reduced so that the generation of NOx can also be reduced.
