CONSTITUTION: An air compressor 2 and a brake compressor 3 are attached on the shaft 5 of a rotary engine 1 and compressed air generated in compressor 2 is supplied to the operation chamber of engine 1 from intake pipe 9 through a compression tank 4. At this time, also fuel such as gasoline is ejected from fuel injector 16 into the operation chamber of engine 1 to mix it with the compressed air, and this mixed air is ignited with ignition plug 17 after compressed through rotation of rotor 1b, subsequently induced in explosion to produce power. The exhaust gas is led from exhaust pipe 10 to pass through the compression tank 4 and ejected after releasing its heat energy to the compressed air. The brake compressor 3 is actuated during braking action by closing a valve 14 and opening a valve 13.
