Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the variance of production due to the attachment of the piezoelectric diaphragm and the electricity lead wire, by forming both the diaphragm and the lead wire into a unified structure. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric diaphragm is constituted by adhering a piezoelectric substance 11 to a metallic diaphragm 12. A flexible thin substrate having a lamination structure of a resin film 13 of polyimide or polyester and a copper foil is provided around the piezoelectric diaphragm. A projected part 15 is provided at a part of the thin substrate to be adhered to the diaphragm 12. The copper foil part of the part 15 is fixed on the surface of the substance 11 with a solder 18 to form an electricity lead wire. In such constitution, the variance of th acoustic characteristics caused by the electricity lead wire and in the assembling process can be reduced for the diaphragm.
