Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling work and to improve the reliability, by applying a sound signal to a piezoelectric vibration diaphragm via a metallic foil of a laminated body and holding the piezoelectric vibration diaphragm in a frame with the laminated body coating a metallic foil on a flexible substance layer. CONSTITUTION:A frame 5 with bottom provided with both terminals 7 and 7', and the 1st laminated body 9 is prepared and a piezoelectric vibration diaphragm 1 held on the ring shape laminated body 9' is arranged on this frame. Conductive paths 11 and 11' are formed on the laminated bodies 9 and 9' with the mtallic foil. A sound signal applied to both the terminals 7 and 7' is supplied to the piezoelectriv vibration diaphragm 1 via the conductive paths 11 and 11' of the 1st and 2nd laminated bodies 9 and 9'.
