Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the miniaturization of the microphone by securing the lamination in the fixed space for the impedance conversion J-FET which is fixed by adhesion to the flexible resin film plus the electret capacitor with the opposing electrode connected to the control electrode. CONSTITUTION:Electrode plate 3 is provided with the fixed space to electret film 1 with metal film 2 of Al or the like evaporated on the surface, thus forming a capacitor.
