Abstract
PURPOSE:To accumulate and regenerate moving inertia force in an air tank, and make hydraulic devices smaller in capacity, pipelines simpler and equipment cost lower by constituting the three dimensionally operating cylinders of a feed device of hydraulic cylinders and air cylinders operating integrally. CONSTITUTION:An advance cylinder 1 which advances and resets feed bars 2, 2 is constituted of a hydraulic cylinder 1' and an air cylinder 1''. Lift cylinders 3R, 3L which move the bars 2, 2 upward and downward and clamp cylinders 4R, 4L which operate the bars 2, 2 further and closer and grasp and release a blank material by means of jaws 5 are also constituted respectively of hydraulic cylinders 3R', 3L', 4R', 4L' and air cylinders 3R'', 3L'', 4R'', 4L'', which are operated integrally. The respective cylinders are connected to a low pressure oil supply device 17 by means of pipelines 16 interposed with hydraulic cam pumps 6-10 and check valves 11-15. The respective air cylinders are connected to an air tank 23 which absorbs and accumulates cylinder operating gases.
