Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the radiation heat transfer from a pump duct and to prevent the thermal deterioration of a stator in a flat linear induction pump by bonding a low radiation rate material at the end of a stator core facing with the pump duct and on the surface of a wedge securing a stator coil. CONSTITUTION:A low radiation rate 9, e.g., metallic foil or the like is bonded on the surface of a coil wedge 6 for fixing a stator coil 1 and at the end of the core piece 7 of a stator core 2 facing with a pump duct 4 at the stator of an induction pump disposed in the vicinity of the pump duct 4 in which conductive fluid 8 is flowed. In this manner, radiation heat transfer from the pump duct to the stator can be suppressed even if the pump is stopped and colling air is simultaneously stopped, and the deterioration in the insulation of the stator can be prevented.
