Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the heat transfer to a casing in a printed motor type brushless motor and to prevent the increase in the iron loss thereof by contacting rolling rollers with a soft steel wire from four directions to form a rectangular iron core material, winding the iron core material to form a wound iron core and fixing it to the casing. CONSTITUTION:When a wound iron core is formed, a rolling mill 12 is disposed between a soft stewl wire feeding machine 14 and a winding machine 13. This rolling miss 12 has four rolling rollers 10 and urges the soft steel wire a from four directions to form a rectangular iron core material. The wound iron core thus formed is fixed to the bottom of a cup-shaped casing, and a stator winding plate added with a printed coil is adhered to the opposite side. Since the end face of the wound iron core becomes flat in this manner, the adherence to the casing is improved to improve the heat dissipating property thereof. Since it is not necessary to cut the end face of the wound iron core, the increase in the iron loss due to the contact with the cut surface can also be prevented.
