Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion of an iron core at the end of a core slot, and to avoid the damages on an insulating layer in enclosing coils by fabricating an armature-core end plate by using a material of an inorganic compound having a chain- shaped, layered or three-dimensional-mesh structure. CONSTITUTION:An end plate 6 of an armature core 1 is made by using cermaics in a chain-shaped, layered, or three-dimensional-mesh structure. In this case, it is recommended that the shape of the slot of the end-plate 6 is slightly narrower than the width of the core slot. In this constitution, even though an inorganic insulating material is made for the insulating layer of a rotor coil 2, the ceramic-end plate 6 is rubbed with the inorganic insulating layer. Therefore, the core 1 is not abraded, and the stator coil 2 is not vibrated. In the case the stator coil 2 is enclosed in the slot, the insulating layer is not damaged, and the poor insulation can be avoided.
