Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to take an appropriate measure, by making it possible to indicate degree of abnormality due to fall of tire pressure and also to give an instruction as to an appropriate treatment thereon. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer CPU 6 monitors air pressure of all the tires mounted on a vehicle by using respective detecting signals of sensors 1-4. When a simple air pressure fall signal or a puncture signal is given from the sensors 1-4, position of an abnormality-occurring tire is shown on an indicator 8 by color, such as yellow for a simple air pressure fall and red for puncture, etc. At the same time, a sound synthesizer 9 compounds sound for necessary treatment in accordance with degree of abnormality and gives announcement through a speaker 10. As it is possible, by doing so, to make an operator aware of degree of abnormality due to fall of air pressure of a tire and also to give an instruction as to an appropriate measure therefore, an appropriate treatment can be given immediately.
