Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable rapid judgement on an optical assembling with a low-cost device by measuring a change in the diameters of a wheel assembly and a wheel, moving a tire in relation to a wheel under a simulation and obtaining a minimum wheel diameter.
CONSTITUTION: In a memory control circuit 18, a diameter change signal for a wheel assembly 3 is input through rotary wheels 31 to 33 and an internal change signal for a disc wheel 2 through a measuring mechanism 16 respectively. An arithmetic circuit 20 computes a change of diameter of a tire 1 alone after deduction of both signals. These changes are indicated on D, A, B channels of a display 22. The assembly 3 generates 80 pulses in a single rotation. Under this constitution, in order to determine an optional assembling of tires, a simulation circuit 23 is operated to shift a change in the diameter of a tire 1 to the right. Then a change in the diameter of the assembly 3 is indicated on a channel C through the intermediary of a circuit 25 in accordance with a shift. The minimum amplitude d is registered at time of a shift d and this amplitude is indicated on counter parts 24, 55. Therefore, if the tire 1 is deviated 55/80, the shift value is optimal. Thus it is possible to rapidly judge an optimal assembling with a simple operation.
