PURPOSE:To improve magnetic characteristic and strength by means wherein magnetic substance pulverization and mixing thereof with plastic binder are performed simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The plastic binder 3 is added to coarse grains 5 of magnetic substance. When the substance is pulverized, the outer surface of the resultant fine grains 1 is coated with the plastic binder 3. This eliminates the use of compounding work and, the fine grains 1 having been coated with the plastic binder 3 upon completion of pulverization, magnetic efficiency is retained and does not lower.
