Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a stable frequency characteristic having a high electric resistance and a high permeability in high frequency wave zone by mixing a pure iron with a reduced iron at a certain ratio and forming by press molding using a binder such as a synthetic resin or the like. CONSTITUTION:Reduced iron powders obtained by a reduction treatment of powders of metallic oxide such as a ferrite or the like, are mixed with powders of pure iron having a constant rate at a given ratio. Then, it is subjected to the press molding by adding a small amount of binder and performed the baking. Further, it is impregnated with a phenol resin to obtain a dust core. Thus, a stable frequency characteristic having a high electric resistance and a high magnetic permeability can be obtained even in a high frequency zone.
