CONSTITUTION:The magnetic substance layer consisting of the binder of the mixing system of vinylchloride-vinyl alcohol copolymer in which no vinyl acetate is present and the vinyl alcohol component is >=8mol%, and rubber resin, and of ferromagnetic substance powder scattered therein, is provided for the nonmagnetic substance base. The said vinylchloride-vinyl acetate copolymer without vinyl acetate is that the vinyl acetate of vinylchloride-vinyl alcohol copolymer is sufficiently hydrolyzed and the vinyl acetate is changed into vinyl alcohol, and it is considered that no vinyl acetate is substantially present. It is not preferable that the scattering property and durability are deteriorated if >=1mol% vinyl acetate is contained.
