Abstract
PURPOSE:To achive sufficient copying and separating performance for front and back sides, by decreasing an external DC voltage applied to a conductive carrying member at back side copy in comparison of front copy. CONSTITUTION:A signal is given to an input terminal T1 at back side copy, a relay RA2 is energized, a contact S2 is selected to a normally open contact b, and a potential at an output terminal 10 increases to -300V and becomes constant. The potential of a conductive belt 6 is at -600V at surface copy and -300V at back side copy. Even if the charges of copy paper at back side copy is much, sufficient separating performance is given to the belt suppressed to a low potential.
