Further the temperature of water 5 in the inner bath 2 before and after the fluid to be measured flowed away entirely is measured by a thermometer 3. Here, if the coefficient to temperature is previously given by using know matter, a thermodynamic function of an unknown matter can be measured from two measured temperatures.
