The change of the inner pressure of each bellows 4 and 5 is transmitted to a diffusion type semiconductor pressure sensor 12 in the pressure measuring room 10 through a pressure transmission media 11. An output signal from the pressure sensor 12 is amplified in an amplifier 13 and then outputted.
