Abstract

The heavy oil is then jetted from the jetting orificces 5b1W5bn, and successively from the jetting orifices 5c1W5cn to make a time lag, so that the ingredients are collectively made to flow into the channel 4 and discharged out of the outlet 3 for taking out together with the stored solution in the tank.
