Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent permeation leak of fluid from the foundation cloth part by preventing the section of the foundation cloth from being exposed at the drilled hole area of a diaphragm combined with the said foundation cloth.
CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm basic mold 1a is molded by a mold frame. On the said disphragm basic mold 1a, a fluid passage 9 is drilled at the protuded hole part 2, and a shaft hole 8 is drilled at the center of the diaphragm part 5. In the above operation, the hole drilling 9a is performed with a conventional punch, and the punch 10 which is heated at proper temperature beforehand is inserted into the said drilled hole 9a, and the rubber part 4 and the foundation cloth 3 on the hole part section are melted. With such a process, the fluid passage 9 which is sealed so that the rubber part 4 in the upper and the lower layer parts envelope the foundation cloth 3 with hole surface. With this diaphragm, the fluid passage 9 can be constituted so as to have the holed part section where the wall of the hole is perfectly sealed by means of a rubber material 4, so permeation leak of fluid from the section of the foundation cloth 3 can be prevented.
