Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A tubular plastics inflation film 1 is unrolled from a feeder 3, taken up by a take-up roll 5, being passed through a take-up roll 4, a dielectric heating apparatus 2, a cooling bath 6 and wound up by a winder 7. A speed of a take-up roll 5 being made faster than the speed of the take-up roll 4, tension is exerted on the film 1 and the film 1' is continuously heat stretched monoaxially inside of the dielectric heating apparatus 2 and the film 1' of a small coefficient of linear expansion and high modulus of elasticity is obtained.
