CONSTITUTION:A solid positive active material, a solid electrolyte powder made of lithium nitride, and a solid negative active material made of, for example, metal lithium foil are stacked in layers, thereby a solid electrolyte battery being constituted. As the positive active material, titanium sulfide powder is used. The grain diameters of the former titanium sulfide and lithium nitride powders are preferred to be below 1,000mu, especially below 250mu.
