Abstract
PURPOSE:To fix fins to a radiator plate base simply and surely by inserting lower bent part of fins into grooves of a radiator plate and pressing and fixing the bent parts of the fins by pressure plates provided on the side walls of the grooves. CONSTITUTION:Many grooves 2 are juxtaposed on a radiator plate base 1 made of Al and pressure plates 3 are projected obliquely from the side wall opposed to the grooves 2. Lower part of a fin 4 is bent at right angles to form a bent parts 5 and an erected part 17. The bent part 5 is placed on the basal face 6 of the groove 2. A pressure plate 3 is pushed down into the groove 2 as shown by the arrow, and the bent part 5 of the fin 4 is pressed between the basal face 6 of the groove 2 of the base 1 and the pressure plate 3 to fix the fin 4 to the base 1. Since no adhessive is used, a radiator plate excellent in heat conductivity to the fin 4 can be manufactured simply.
