Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the simple assembly of a radiator without using an assembly jig and heighten the radiation of heat, by providing a plurality of positioning protrusions of the overlapped sides of plate fins to define a distance between layers. CONSTITUTION:Each of plate fins 5 is provided with numerous protrusions 15 for defining the layer distance of the fin. The protrusions 15 can simply be made continuously by pressing with a punch. Tube holes 13, into which tubes are inserted and expanded, are also provided. Instead of providing the protrusions 15, the height of partially cut-off pieces 19 made by notched holes 17 can be used as the layer distance pieces of the fin.
