Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a response characteristic of a captioned ventilator, by controlling a damper opening through a deflection between a load requiring set value and a measured value of draft and controlling a rotation through the deflection between the opening and the measured value, in a device controlling a flow at a discharge opening of the ventilator in a boiler. CONSTITUTION:In case of control of all kinds of ventilators which supply and discharge air for combustion and exhaust gas of combustion, a MWD signal corresponding to a load desiring signal is converted into a draft set value corresponding to its load by an arithmetic relay 20 on a draft side. The draft set value and a measured draft value are applied to an arithmetic unit 21, and a damper operating unit 24 is controlled according to a deflection between the draft set value and the measured draft value through a proportional integrator 22 and an automatic operation-manual operation changover unit 23. On the other hand, as for a rotation side, the deflection between and output of a damper opening signal POX and an automatic operation-manual operation changeover unit 29 is obtained by an arithmetic unit 26, and a rotation operation unit 30 is controlled according to the deflection through a proportional integrator 27. In this instance, a rotation is varied in advance by an output of an arithmetic relay 25 at the time of a variation of the MWD signal.
