Abstract
PURPOSE: To operate dust collection systems effectively with less energy in the stage of central collection of dusty gases generated in plural places by correlating the controlling of the opening of the dampers of branch pipes for dusty gases and the controlling of the air quantity of dust collecting blowers.
CONSTITUTION: The dusty gases sucked through a dust collection port 1-1 (the same holds true of the other dust collection ports 1-2, 1-3) are fed through a branch damper 2-1, a branch pipe 3-1, a main pipe 4a and a blower 6 to a dust collector. Here, the damper 2-1 is controlled of opening with a damper controller 8-1, and the blower 6 is controlled of air quantity with a blower controller 11. The damper controller 8 and the controller 11 are controlled collectively by an operation controlling command operator 14. The controller 14 detects the volume of dust generation in respectively independent dust generating places or controls required air quantity commanders 13 at the dust generation patterns by preset operation procedures by detecting the flow rates of the pipe 4.
