PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution and to improve the line utilizing efficiency, by providing a data line transmitting serial data between a main controller and a plurality of slave devices, a synchronizing signal line, and a control signal line providing the permission of occupancy of the data line, and controlling the function of these lines. CONSTITUTION:Seiral data are transmitted between a master device 21 and slave devices 221-223. The device 21 and 221-223 are provided with control signal SYNC output and input terminals 23 and 26, synchronizing signal CLK terminals 24 and 27, an input data Sin terminal 25, and an output data Sout terminal 28 respectively and connected via signal lines 20 and 30 and a data line 31. The device 21 always outputs a pulsive signal CLK.
