Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to protect a fuel tank from obstacles by a structure wherein at least one pair of cross members, which cross a tunnel at the front and back of the fuel tank arranged in the tunnel in such a manner as to close the tunnel, is provided integrally with a floor panel. CONSTITUTION:The fuel tank 5 is arranged in the tunnel 4 formed longitudinally by being stuck upward out of the floor panel 3 at the middle of its width and at the same time at least one pair of the cross members 6 and 7, which cross the tunnel 4 at the front and back of the tank 5 in such a manner as to close the tunnel 4, are provided. At that time, a front and a rear extension panels 9 and 10 are respectively connected to a dash and a back panels 11 and 12 and the member 6 is fitted to the inclined part 11A of the panel 11 and the member 7 is fitted to the inclined part 12A of the panel 12.
