Abstract

The tractor cab includes a roll frame which protects driver in case of overturning. The cabin area is covered by a plastics hood (28) stretched over the frame (1). If the vehicle overturns, the hood is not damaged. The frame has an inverted U-shape. The hood being formed as a roof with a transverse ridge. The hood pref. includes a windscreen, this being inclined and extending directly from the forward edge of the front roof panel.
