CONSTITUTION:A transformer 6 has primary windings 6-1a-6-1c, secondary windings 6-2a-6-2c, tertiary windings 6-3a-6-3c, and quaternary windings 6-4a- 6-4c which are connected to a power source 3 in a shape like a star. In the transformer 6, the tertiary winding 6-3a and the quaterary winding 6-4c are connected with polarities opposite to each other, and similarly, the tertiary winding 6-3b and the quaternary winding 6-4a, and the tertiary winding 6-3c and the quaternary winding 6-4b are connected with polarities opposite to each other respectively. Secondary windings 6-2a-6-2c are connected to switches 5-1-5-3.
