PURPOSE: To inhibit the adherence of scales to piping or the like, by blowing carbon dioxide-contng. gas into the slurry mixture of coal ash and circulating water until the pH value of the slurry mixture comes at 9.5W11.5.
CONSTITUTION: Water in a bottle 1 is classified into a part to be let flow toward a jet pump 2 and the other part to be let flow toward a pit 12. The water in the pit 12 is let flow into a precipitating vessel 4 by a pump 13. In this way, the liquid is circulated in the closed system.
