Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit constitution and incorporate an indicating unit and a converting unit, by driving a switching means by means of a pulse duty controlling circuit consisting of an integrator formed of a feedback-type differential amplifier and by a comparator. CONSTITUTION:After an AC voltage from input terminals 21 and 22 is turned On and OFF by an electronic switch 30 through the intermediary of an input circuit 29 fromed of a rectifying circuit, it is supplied to a scaling amplifier 31 formed of a operational amplifier 35. An amplified output voltage thus obtained is indicated in an indicator 32 and supplied to a rectifying circuit 25, wherefrom a DC voltage is taken out. Meanwhile, an AC current from input terminals 23 and 24 is supplied, via an input circuit 27, to a pulse duty controlling circuit 28 constituted by an integrator 33 fromed of a differential amplifier and by a comparator 34, and ON and OFF of the electronic switch 30 is controlled by an output voltage of the pulse duty controlling circuit 28.
