Permanent magnets 3, 10 are slidably provided at a magnetic material 11 to form a non-operating section. The magnets 5 and 3 move in a direction a by means of electromagnetic phoenomenon, and the magnets 6, 7 tend to rotate reversely to the magnet 10, but since the relative distance between the magnets 6 and 10 is longer than that of the magnets 5 and 3, the rotations of the magnetis 6, 7 are cancelled. These phenomena sequentially occur between the operating section and the non-operating section, and the magnetic material 4 maintains rotating motion. When the slide of either one of the magnets 3, 10 is eliminated, the operation will stop.
