Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high magnetic performance and a solid permanent magnet rotor by constituting a rotor of a bipolar structure by use of a bipolar ring-shaped magnet formed by being magnetized in the direction of easily magnetized axes. CONSTITUTION:The easily magnetized axes X of crystal particles 10 are aligned and arranged in parallel by the parallel field shaping, and a cylinder is magnetized along these axes X in one direction to form a ring magnet 8. A rotor is constructed by use of this magnet. Accordingly, the feature of a residual magnetic flux density, in which a residual magnetic flux density becomes large, and axes X of crystal particles 10 are aligned and arranged to make a solid structure. Accordingly, a motor provided with a bipolar ring magnet and having a high output can be constructed with good efficiency.
