A rotor is constructed by use of this magnet. Accordingly, the feature of a residual magnetic flux density, in which a residual magnetic flux density becomes large, and axes X of crystal particles 10 are aligned and arranged to make a solid structure. Accordingly, a motor provided with a bipolar ring magnet and having a high output can be constructed with good efficiency.
