Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively control the stepwise movement of a rod in a movable range by securing a magnet to a shaft to form a slider and disposing a stator and a coil around the periphery. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 3 is secured to the periphery of a shaft 2 to form a slider 1. The magnet 3 has pole surfaces 4 magnetized so that No-poles and S-poles are alternately repeated at the prescribed pole width (t) as the magnet 3 advances axially of the shaft 2. A stator 5 and a coil 6 for exciting the stator 5 are laminated in space at the prescribed interval in a sandwich shape as one block on the periphery of the slider 1 to have the prescribed interval G from the slider 1.
