Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of the manufacturing work of an armature coil by displacing the conductor section or the top of an armature in a suitable amount at every conductor in a direction parallel to the coil surface.
CONSTITUTION: Multilayered flat conductors 11W14 are formed in an armature coil 10 of hexagoanl shape, the hexagonal top 20 of the coil 10 is displaced in the prescribed side symmetrically with respect to a center line 0 at every flat conductor 11W14 in a direction parallel to the coil surface of the coil 10 and is formed. When the top 20 is aligned, armature conductor sections 15, 16 are displaced from each other. When the conductor sections are then shaped (rounded) to match the diameter of a rotor, the left half 10A of the conductors of large diameter side is displaced leftwardly, while the right half 10B is displaced rightwardly. In this way, the lead section 17 is not necessarily corrected manually after the shaping of the rounding.
