PURPOSE:To economize combustion oil by a method wherein stirring blades which are tilted conversely to each other are provided in a stiring tank into which combustion oil, additives and water are supplied and additionally a fixed flow rate value is provided in the channel. CONSTITUTION:Stirring blades 3, 3' are provided vertically doubly in a stirring tank 1, a mixed solution of combustion oil, additive and water is stirred at two spots upper and lower. Moreover, the blades 3, 3' at the upper and lower two spots are tilted conversely to each other, and the stirring flows of the mixed solution are vertically completely converse with good stirring. There is provided a bearing plate 4 between the blades 3, 3' to obtain better mixing. On the channel is installed a fixed flow value device 5 which can always mix the desired rate of water to the combustion oil by electrically automatic control and supply always suitable amount of mixed emulsified solution to the combustion part 6.
