Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the Q value, by selectively polarizing only a piezoelectric base forming a main electrode pattern. CONSTITUTION:A metallic film is formed by vapor-depositing or sputtering Au or Ag on a piezoelectric base of LiTaO3 crystal or PZT, an electrode pattern consisting of a main electrode 2 and a lead electrode 3 is formed by the photolithography, and a separate metallic plate is brought into abutment on this main electrode. With this base laminated and fixed, the direction of spontaneous polarization of the main electrode only is arranged by the polarization at a temperature just beneath the Curie point. As a result, the spontaneous polarization at each domain except for the main electrode pattern forming position 2 is at random and the piezoelectricity is extremely small in comparison with the polarized part. Thus, the energy closing is much more perfect to the auxiliary electrode 3 in comparison with the main electrode 2.
