Abstract
PURPOSE:Tp revent the damping of the main oscillating section and to prevent unnecssary oscillations of the resonator by providing blank spaces on the surfaces of the two ends of the piezoelectric ceramic resonator and by providing a gap between the element and conductive substrate.
