Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain high temperature resistive ultra-sonic oscillator by evaporation forming multilayers of Cr, Au and In on each face of LiNbO3 monocrystal vibration board and a ceramic board having more or loss the same thermal coefficient (or LiNbO3 monocrystal cut in the identical direction), by press-joining the two boards face to face and by heat-treating them at a temperature of 100 to 300 deg.C.
