Abstract
PURPOSE: To support a piezoelectric oscillator between leads by linear contact, by using double harmonic waves of expansile vibration to make the part of contact with leads into projecting stripes and by fixing one lead by molding and by fixing the other onto the mold substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Double harmonic waves of expansile vibration in the longitudinal direction of the ceramic plate are used to store a ceramic oscillator 1 in an recess part 21 of the substrate so that the node of vibration is brought into contact with projecting pieces 33 in the recess linearly. Two projections 33 are protruded with the width of the recess part along leads 31 on the bottom face of the recess part 21 of the substrate. In respect to an earth lead 43, projecting stripes 37 formed by a chevron-shaped tongue piece 35 are brought into contact with the node of vibration of an earth electrode 11 of the ceramic oscillator 1, and the ceramic oscillator 1 is held elastically between projecting stripes 37 and projecting stripes 33 of input/output leads 31 buried in a substrate 19. The earth lead 43 is provided with a holding plate which prevents deformation and positional slippage of leads for fixing of the earth lead onto the substrate 19. The earth lead 43 is led out between input/output leads in parallel with them from side faces facing to each other of the substrate 19.
