CONSTITUTION:A secondary coil 13 associated with a primary coil 10 in a core 9 is composed of four conductors in two stage and two rows and a specific layer 12 wound in a general wound layer 11 and one stage, four rows. The layer 12 is radially divided into two layers, one layer (left side) is wound from lower side to upper side in a forward direction, and the other layer (right side) is wound from upper side to lower side in a returning direction.
