Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the charging coil which can supply a sufficient charging voltage to the entire operating range with one current coil, by installing split type bobbins to the core of the charging coil, and winding the coil around said bobbins in split and laminated fashion. CONSTITUTION:The central part of the laminated core 11 is surrounded by a pair of the split bobbins 17a and 17b. Enameled copper wire is sequentially wound and layered in a plurality of the slots thereof, and the split wound charging coil 18 is formed. The coil-wound part of the charging coil 18 becomes small, the enclosing space becomes small, the works such as winding of insulating paper, binding the outermost part of the coil 10 with winding thread, and the like are omitted, and the productivity can be increased. Since the outer diameter of the coil winding part can be shortened, the cross sectional area of the core can be increased accordingly, and the sufficient voltage can be supplied to the capacitor for the entire operating range with one charging coil.
