Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain stable operation and to improve the precision of magnetic field measurement, by composing a phase shifting circuit of a digital circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the signal f0 of an oscillator 6 has a waveform as shown by (a), a frequency dividing circuit 12 divides the frequency of the signal f0 and outputs a signal fR having a waveform as shown by (b). A flio-flop 13 is connected on binary basis, so when the signal fR has a high level and the signal f0 is inputted, the state is inverted to output a waveform fD shown by (c). Thus, the rising phase of the signals f0 and fR coincide with each other, and they never shift owing to fluctuations of temperature, etc. The output of this circuit is supplied as the energizing signal of a magnetic sensor and used as a reference signal for phase detection, thereby obtaining a high-precision magnetic field measuring device which performs stable operation.
