Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the malfuction of a voltage control circuit, by turning off an magnetic reply switch with a rise of the circuit current in either case when the power supply voltage has a fluctuation larger than the upper limit of the allowable level or when the ambient temperature has a fluctuation larger than the allowable level. CONSTITUTION:A diode 1 and a reset coil 12 are connected in series to each other, and one side of this series connection is connected in series to a thermistor 6. Then a holding type switch 5, i.e., a magnetic replay element is set within a magnetic fields of a reset coil 4 and the coil 12. One side of the switch 5 is connected to the power supply voltage VX, and the other side is used as an output VX'. When the voltage VX exceeds the upper limit of the allowable level, the current flowing to a voltage control circuit rises suddenly by the I-V characteristics of the diode 1. Thus the driving energization of the switch 5 goes up to an open region, and then the switch 5 is turned off to deliver no voltage VX. The switch 5 is also turned off when the ambient temperature exceeds the upper limit of the allowable level.
