PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the reset time by enabling the use of repetition, through the opposite directional series connection of two charge integration elements to either of which charge is stored and selection of the direction of current flowing to the elements. CONSTITUTION:When the switch 2 is ON with the switch 11 selected to A-A', current flows via the resistor 3 from the power supply 1. In the switch 11, the loop current of C-A-B'-41-42-B-A'-C' flows. The charge integration element 41 to which charge is stored gradually discharges (the element 42 is gradually charged) and when the discharge is finished, the impedance between C-C' is increased.
