Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it posible to take out the effective second harmonic wave as an abnormal light beam, by providing a brewster window body at the input side of a generating crystal body, providing an output mirror body on the output side, eliminating the brewster window on the output side, thereby decreasing losses. CONSTITUTION:An upright supporting plate body 42 is provided on a stand 31. One side thereof is used as a crystal holding part 32 for a high frequency light generating crystal 27, and the other side is used as a mirror holding part 33 for an output mirror body 28. Then, on the side of the holding part 32, a cylindrical body 44 having an input through hole 45 which is supported by a fixing part 43 is provided. The high frequency light generating crystal 27 is inserted in the narrow diameter part in the inside of the cylindrical body 44. The brewster window body 64 is provided at the opening thereof, and fundamental wave light 7 is outputted from the window body 64. On the side of the holding part 33, a cylindrical body 51 wherein the output mirror body 28 is accommodated is also provided by an attaching plate 50. The parts 32 and 33 are connected by a hermetically sealed metal bellow member 54. An adjusting and fixing member 35 is provided on the upper parts of the attaching plate 43 and 50, and the interval between the attaching plates 43 and 50 is adjusted to the desired distance.
