Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a transfer member with a low laser output by using the 1st recording film which changes in shape by freeing volatile components by irradiation with energy beam light, and a recording film of high-sticking- strength metallic alloy on said film. CONSTITUTION:The majority of a recording laser beam is absorbed by the 1st recording film 12 and transduced into heat. The 1st recording film 12 liberates gaseous nitrogen. This free gas is discharged by forming pores in the 2nd recording film 13 even at low temperature where the 2nd recording film 13 is neither dissolved nor vaporized. The 2nd recording film 13 is used as an original member for manufacturing a transfer recording member. For the 1st recording film 132, metallic nitrides and acid nitrides in which introgen is weakly, combined are suitable. For the 2nd recording film 13, metals, such as Cr, Ti, and Ni, which are more stable than the 1st recording film 12 and has high sticking strength as a thin film are usable.
