Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a switch speed from being reduced even when the voltage at a reception side is high, by providing a voltage reducing circuit in parallel to a switch controlled by a sent signal, and applying the voltage reduction output to a switch control part. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage signal generation part 1 generates a pulse signal, a transistor (TR)2 turns on and an LED3 turns on. Therefore, a phototransistor 11 turns on to develop a voltage across a resistance 12. This voltage is divided through resistances 13 and 14 to turn on a switch 9 composed of Darlington- connected TRs, thus equalizing the impedance between signal lines 6 to that of a resistance 8. The voltage between the signal lines 6, even if high, is reduced by a resistance 17 and a Zener diode 19 and then applied to the TR11, so resistance values of the resistances 12-14 are reduced, so that the switch speed of a switch 3 is not reduced.
